A pouch is the one cosmetic pack a customer keeps after the product is gone, which is why it carries the brand longer than the bottle. It is also the easiest custom pack to launch: a 500-piece run gets you a full bespoke bag with a woven label and a branded zip.
The four materials
| Material | Feel | Best use | Care |
|---|---|---|---|
| Canvas (rPET option) | Natural, sturdy | GWP kits, totes | Machine washable |
| TPU | Clear, water-resistant | Travel, bathroom | Wipe clean |
| Nylon | Light, packable | Pouches, cases | Wipe clean |
| Vegan leather | Premium, smooth | Gift, luxury | Spot clean |
What actually gets made
- Panels are cut on a die, then sewn with the zip, gusset and base you specify.
- A woven or printed label carries the brand; a custom puller carries it on the zip.
- Binding, topstitch and lining are chosen for the price and the wear the bag will see.
The 500-piece entry point
Because a pouch needs a cutting die rather than an injection mould, the tooling is a fraction of a bottle programme and the realistic entry is 500 pieces. That is low enough for a launch kit, a PR drop or a limited collaboration, and high enough to hold a consistent colour and stitch across the run.
Sustainability without greenwash
Specify rPET canvas so the fibre is recycled, not just natural; confirm the vegan leather is PU-based and free of animal hide; and ask whether offcuts are reclaimed. A pouch claiming eco that ships in virgin plastic film undercuts the story, so we pack in a recyclable sleeve unless you ask otherwise.
Send us the bag size, material and brand elements and we will return a construction with label, zip and indicative 500-piece cost.
