Frequently Asked Questions

If your question is not covered here, our team answers emails within one business day.

What is your minimum order quantity?

5,000 pieces per item for aluminium, glass and plastic containers. Rigid paper boxes start at 1,000 pieces because the tooling is a cutting die rather than an injection mould, and cosmetic bags start at 500 pieces. If you are launching smaller, ask us about starting from one of our 30,000+ existing moulds with custom decoration — that removes tooling cost entirely and is the fastest route to a low-volume first run.

Can I get samples before ordering?

Yes. Stock samples are free — you only pay the courier. Custom samples with your colour, logo and decoration are produced within 7 days and cost US$80–600 depending on the number of cavities and finishes involved. We send a signed reference sample with every approval, and that physical sample becomes the quality standard for the production run.

How long does production take?

30 days for a bulk order using an existing mould, counted from approval of the signed reference sample. A new mould adds 10–35 days of steel cutting and trials. Folding cartons run in 25 days. Air freight to Europe or North America takes 5–8 days and sea freight 25–35 days, so plan on 45–60 days door to door for a first order with new tooling.

How much can I customise?

Dimensions, capacity, neck finish, material, colour, surface finish and decoration are all adjustable. With an existing mould you can change colour, coating, printing and closure, but not the silhouette. With a new mould you define the shape itself. Decoration options include offset and silkscreen printing, hot foil, embossing, debossing, anodising, soft-touch coating, UV metallising, embroidery and woven labels.

Do you offer sustainable packaging?

Yes. We run PCR resin at 30%, 50% and 70% post-consumer content with GRS certification, FSC-certified board with soy-based inks, aluminium and glass that are infinitely recyclable, mono-material PP airless systems designed for recycling, and rPET canvas bags. We will tell you honestly when a sustainable option changes the barrier, the colour tolerance or the unit price, so you can decide with the trade-offs visible.

How do you control quality?

Incoming raw materials are checked against certificates, then production runs with in-line inspection on dimensions, wall thickness, colour (ΔE ≤ 2 against the approved Pantone reference) and decoration registration. Every seal on a tube is pull-tested, glass is inspected for annealing stress under polarised light, and finished goods are sampled to AQL 2.5 before loading. We keep the signed reference sample for the lifetime of the project as the arbitration standard.

What are your payment and shipping terms?

Standard terms are a 30% deposit with the order and the 70% balance against a copy of the bill of lading, by T/T to our company account. Letters of credit are accepted for orders above US$50,000. We quote EXW, FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, CIF and DDP to most markets, and we book freight at the start of production so container space is secured.

Which markets do you ship to?

We export to more than 40 countries, mainly the European Union, the United Kingdom, North America, Japan, South Korea, Australia and the Middle East. Our team prepares export documentation, EU and US labelling guidance, and material compliance files (REACH, FDA 21 CFR, EU 10/2011, FSC, GRS) so the shipment clears customs without a documentation query.
