Our story

We started in 2011 as a design studio working for domestic beauty brands and grew into a manufacturer because clients kept asking the same question: who can actually build this at volume? Today we run aluminium extrusion, glass sourcing and decoration, plastic injection, paper converting and bag sewing under one quality system, which is what lets us keep a mixed-material launch consistent.

What we make

Aluminium tubes and jars, glass bottles and cream jars, PET and PCR plastic bottles and tubes, FSC folding cartons and rigid gift boxes, and canvas, TPU, nylon or vegan leather cosmetic bags. Because all five families are produced under one roof, colour matching across materials is done side by side rather than by emailing Pantone numbers between suppliers.

Sustainability

We promote green packaging by reducing material at the source rather than offsetting afterwards: thinner walls where the formula allows, mono-material constructions that enter existing recycling streams, PCR content where the barrier still holds, and FSC-certified board with soy-based inks. We will tell you plainly when a green option raises the unit price or narrows the colour tolerance.

Design team

Our designers track fashion and beauty trends and explore new decoration techniques every season, so that a pack we propose is not only attractive on screen but also toolable, fillable and shippable. Everything we draw is checked against our own production capability before it reaches you.

How we work

From brief to pallet in six controlled stages

  1. 1

    Brief & target price

You send the formula type, capacity, market, target unit price and launch date.

    2–3 days
  2. 2

    Concept & shortlist

Two or three routes with indicative tooling and unit costs, so you choose on total cost.

    3–5 days
  3. 3

    Engineering & drawings

Wall thickness, neck finish, tolerances and decoration layout are fixed and signed off.

    5–8 days
  4. 4

    Tooling

Zero days and zero cost if we start from an existing mould; 10–35 days for new steel.

    0–35 days
  5. 5

    Sampling & approval

Physical samples with your decoration, plus a signed reference sample that becomes the quality standard.

    7–14 days
  6. 6

    Mass production

Production, in-line QC, AQL 2.5 inspection, packing and loading — 30 days from sample approval.
