Our advantage

Packaging that protects the formula and sells the brand

Cosmetic packaging has two jobs: survive the supply chain, and win the shelf. We optimise for both.

30,000+ ready-made moulds

Starting from an existing mould removes tooling cost and 10–35 days of lead time. You spend the budget on colour, coating and decoration instead — and you can afford to launch at 5,000 pieces.

Environmentally responsible materials

PCR resin at 30–70% with GRS certification, FSC-certified board printed with soy inks, infinitely recyclable aluminium and glass, and mono-material airless systems designed for existing recycling streams.

30-day bulk order fulfilment

Counted from approval of your signed reference sample, not from the date we feel like starting. Production, in-line QC and packing are all scheduled against that single date.

Design that stays on trend

Our design team tracks colour, finish and silhouette movements across the beauty categories and translates them into packs that can actually be tooled and produced at scale.

Product range

One supplier for every packaging material your line needs

Mixing materials across a single launch is where most brands lose time. We produce all five families under one roof, so decoration, colour and finish stay consistent.

Aluminium Packaging

Premium metal weight, 100% recyclable

Aluminium gives a pack real weight in the hand, a total barrier against light and oxygen, and the highest recycling rate of any cosmetic material. We extrude, lacquer, print and cap tubes and jars in-house, which is why a 5,000-piece run is economical here. Cosmetic packaging manufacturers worldwide choose aluminium for hand cream, hair wax, balm and BB cream.

Glass Packaging

Chemically inert — protects actives

Glass is the only cosmetic material that is chemically inert, so it will not interact with retinol, vitamin C, acids or high-alcohol perfumes. We supply flint, amber, frosted and opaque sprayed glass with pump, dropper or screw closures, all 100% inspected for wall thickness, annealing stress and neck tolerance. Glass packaging suppliers rely on this stability for skincare and fragrance.

Plastic Packaging

PET, PP and PCR — shatter-resistant

PET is a food-grade, lightweight and shatter-resistant material, which makes it the default choice for e-commerce beauty brands and travel sizes. We also run PP, PE and PCR resin (30–70% post-consumer content) and airless systems that cut preservative load by removing the dip tube. Our plastic bottles, jars, eyeshadow palettes and eyebrow pencils are made in dust-controlled ISO class 8 cleanrooms.

Paper Packaging

FSC-certified boards and rigid boxes

We prioritise sustainability in our paper range, using FSC-certified board from responsibly managed forests with soy-based inks and water-based coatings. From folding cartons to rigid magnetic gift boxes, paper carries the largest printable surface of any material, so it does most of the branding work in a gift set. Perfume box, fragrance box, mask box, lotion box, lipstick box, eyeliner box and powder box are all built on the same platform.

Cosmetic Bags

Canvas, TPU, nylon and vegan leather

A well-designed make-up bag lifts the perceived value of a whole set and keeps the products together for years of daily use. Canvas is pre-shrunk before cutting to stop deformation; TPU seams are high-frequency welded to ±2 °C for a truly waterproof seal; nylon is laminated to BoPA film for 300% higher tear strength. Mascara, lip gloss, powder, eyebrow pencil, sunscreen and blotting paper all travel inside.

Bamboo Packaging

Renewable, zero-plastic, on-trend

Bamboo cosmetic containers are one of the fastest-growing eco beauty packaging categories. We mount real bamboo sleeves on PP inner jars, refillable bottles and lip-balm tubes, then cap with a threaded aluminium or wood plug. The result is a 100% recyclable cosmetic jar with the look of an artisan apothecary, ready to claim natural / vegan / refillable positioning.

Cosmetic Tubes

Hand cream, BB cream, lip gloss

Tubes are the most efficient cosmetic primary pack: they collapse in use, dose the right amount each time, and ship flat. We run five platforms — PCR plastic, aluminium laminate, sugarcane bio-based, mono-material PE and aluminium barrier — with silk-screen, hot-foil and digital print to 6 colours. ABL and PBL structures pass a 6-month accelerated stability at 45 °C / 75% RH on retinol and salicylic acid.

Packaging is not a shell — it is the brand in someone’s hand

We treat cosmetic packaging as part of the product experience: it has to protect the formula through a supply chain, survive a wet bathroom, and still communicate the brand at a glance. That is why we design and manufacture together, under one quality system, instead of handing drawings to whoever quotes lowest.

Questions buyers ask before the first order

What is your minimum order quantity?

5,000 pieces per item for aluminium, glass and plastic containers. Rigid paper boxes start at 1,000 pieces because the tooling is a cutting die rather than an injection mould, and cosmetic bags start at 500 pieces. If you are launching smaller, ask us about starting from one of our 30,000+ existing moulds with custom decoration — that removes tooling cost entirely and is the fastest route to a low-volume first run.

Can I get samples before ordering?

Yes. Stock samples are free — you only pay the courier. Custom samples with your colour, logo and decoration are produced within 7 days and cost US$80–600 depending on the number of cavities and finishes involved. We send a signed reference sample with every approval, and that physical sample becomes the quality standard for the production run.

How long does production take?

30 days for a bulk order using an existing mould, counted from approval of the signed reference sample. A new mould adds 10–35 days of steel cutting and trials. Folding cartons run in 25 days. Air freight to Europe or North America takes 5–8 days and sea freight 25–35 days, so plan on 45–60 days door to door for a first order with new tooling.

How much can I customise?

Dimensions, capacity, neck finish, material, colour, surface finish and decoration are all adjustable. With an existing mould you can change colour, coating, printing and closure, but not the silhouette. With a new mould you define the shape itself. Decoration options include offset and silkscreen printing, hot foil, embossing, debossing, anodising, soft-touch coating, UV metallising, embroidery and woven labels.

Do you offer sustainable packaging?

Yes. We run PCR resin at 30%, 50% and 70% post-consumer content with GRS certification, FSC-certified board with soy-based inks, aluminium and glass that are infinitely recyclable, mono-material PP airless systems designed for recycling, and rPET canvas bags. We will tell you honestly when a sustainable option changes the barrier, the colour tolerance or the unit price, so you can decide with the trade-offs visible.
