PP Lotion Pump Dispenser
Recyclable PP pump head with stainless steel spring for 24/410 lotion bottles.
The pump head is moulded in food-grade PP with a 304 stainless-steel return spring, so it suits low-pH lotions and oil-based serums that would corrode a plain carbon-steel spring. Output per stroke is locked at 0.80 ml ± 0.05 ml by a calibrated chamber, which gives a reproducible dose on filling lines that run up to 60 units per minute. The pump locks for transit (no leaking in air-freight) and the closure is fully recyclable. MOQ 5,000 pieces; pilot delivery 12 working days.
