PP Airless Pump Bottle
PP airless bottle with a piston system, up to 98% evacuation, fully recyclable.
A PP airless bottle is a mono-material construction, so it enters existing recycling streams that a mixed PET-airless pack cannot. We mould the bottle, piston and pump in PP, hold dose tolerance to ±10% across 3,000 strokes, and offer 30–70% PCR content without losing the vacuum seal.
