1. Cosmetic Glass bottles Packaging

Skin care products with a volume of more than 200ml are rarely used. The packaging printing methods used are mainly screen printing and hot stamping. (The frequency of screen printing and hot stamping should not exceed 2 times. Too much overprinting will result in high scraps and high costs)

Solid pastes are generally made of wide-mouth bottles, with properties matching electroplated aluminum covers or plastic covers, and the bottle stoppers can be used as color oil pumps and other practical effects; emulsified oils or liquid pastes are generally made of narrow-mouth bottles, which are suitable for pump impellers. If the cover is matched, it must be matched with an inner stopper, and the liquid is matched with a small round hole inner stopper. Thick lotions are matched with perforated inner stoppers.

2.  Cosmetic Plastic bottles Packaging

The materials of plastic bottles are generally PP, PE, K material, AS, ABS, acrylic, PET, etc. Generally, the cream bottles, bottle stoppers, bottle caps, gaskets, pump impellers, and dust covers with thicker walls of cosmetics are injection molded; PET blow molding is two-step forming, tube embryos are injection molded, and finished product packaging is blow molding. Others such as moisturizing lotion bottles and cleaning bottles with thinner walls are blown.

PET raw materials are new environmentally friendly materials with high barrier, light weight, non-breakable characteristics, solvent resistance, and strong light transmittance. They can be made into matte, colored plates, magnetic white, and transparent. They are widely used in gel water.

Acrylic materials are injection molded bottles with weak acid resistance. Generally, pastes cannot be directly loaded. They must be equipped with liner isolation. The cans will not be overfilled to prevent the paste from entering between the liner and the acrylic bottle to prevent cracking. AS, ABS: AS has better clarity than ABS and good ductility.

3. Cosmetic Plastic hose bottle Packaging

Plastic hoses are divided into single-sided, two-layer and five-layer plastic hoses, each of which has differences in pressure resistance, penetration resistance and touch. For example, the five-layer tube consists of a surface layer, an inner layer, two adhesive layers, and an insulating layer. It has good gas isolation properties, can effectively prevent the penetration of CO2 and odorous gases, and at the same time prevent the exudation of the fragrance and effective ingredients of the contents.

Among them, the two-layer tube is more common. Plastic hoses can be made into colored plate tubes, transparent tubes, colored plates or transparent frosted yarn, matte tubes, and there are matte and glossy. Matte looks elegant but easy to get dirty.

Plastic hoses are hygienic and convenient to use, and the surface is bright and beautiful.
