The case is a 2 mm greyboard wrapped in 157 gsm art paper, with a 4 mm neodymium disc in the base that holds a printed or foil-stamped insert and a clear PET window. The hinge is a continuous fabric-over-paper hinge rated to 20,000 open-close cycles. Magnetic closure gives the satisfying snap customers expect, and the replaceable insert lets you change colours or branding without buying a new case.
