Twist-up eyebrow pencils in 3 stock shades; private label ready.
The pencil body is a precision-extruded PP tube that twists the core up and down, so the customer never sharpens the pencil and never sees a shavings mess in the makeup bag. The core is a 3 mm wax-grease blend loaded with 15 % iron oxide, which lays down softly and builds colour without that hard, draggy feel. We hold three stock shades (light taupe, medium brown, dark charcoal) and can match a Pantone reference at MOQ 10,000 pieces. Pilot delivery 18 working days.
