Laminated Cosmetic Tubes with Metallic Cap
ABL/PBL laminate cosmetic tubes in 30–200 ml with anodised aluminium caps.
The tube body is a 5-layer coextruded laminate — PE / adhesive / EVOH / adhesive / PE — which gives an oxygen transmission rate below 0.5 cm³ per package per day, far better than monolayer PE tubes for retinol or vitamin C formulas. The shoulder is sealed by hot-air welding and the cap is an anodised aluminium screw that lifts the perceived value of any formula inside. Sizes run 30–200 ml; offset print up to 8 colours; pilot delivery 15 working days.
