Premium Aluminium Serum Pump Bottles

These aluminium pump bottles are made from extruded 99.7% aluminium with a uniform anodised silver finish that resists fingerprints during filling and handling. A PP pump head with a stainless-steel spring fits a 24/410 neck, so the same closure suits 30 ml trial sizes and 150 ml retail sizes. The metal body protects light-sensitive actives such as vitamin C and retinol far better than clear PET, and the pump delivers a consistent 0.20–0.25 ml dose. We hold the tooling, lacquer and offset print in-house and can ship a pilot batch of 1,000 pieces in 15 working days.
