Excessive packaging layers are eliminated, and a single-layer composite structure (such as TPU film + recycled nylon) is adopted.

Clean Production Process

Water-based, environmentally friendly adhesive (benzene-free) is used for adhesive setting, and low-temperature ironing (≤110°C) is used to set the shape to avoid contamination.

Sewing thread uses recycled nylon, and the tension is adjusted to moderate to minimize breakage.

Recyclable Design

Accessories such as zippers and magnetic clasps are removable for easy recycling and replacement.

The lining is made of washable recycled cotton fabric to extend its service life.
