II. Production Process

Lamination:

Align the PVC film and outer fabric and iron at a low temperature (≤110°C). Leave a 1cm seam allowance at the edges.

Mark the rounded corners with curved cutting lines and trim off any excess triangular areas to minimize wrinkling.

Zipper Installation Tips:

Sandwich the zipper between the composite fabric and the lining. Temporarily secure with glue and then reinforce with double-stitching.

Leave a 5cm return at the end of the zipper for easy flipping.

Shaping the Three-Dimensional Bag:

Cut a 3x3cm triangular notch on the side seams. After flipping, use an awl to create sharp corners.

Sew a double layer of stitches on the bottom of the bag, increasing the spacing to 2mm/stitch to increase the weight capacity.
