Cosmetic tubes

Our current products primarily include various tubes and caps for cosmetic and pharmaceutical packaging. These products are made from materials such as PE, PP, ABS, AS, PCR, sugarcane, biodegradable materials, PBL, ABL, and MPET. They are primarily used in the cosmetics industry for skin rejuvenation, cleansing, hair care, eye makeup, lipstick, body care, sunscreen, barrier products, maternity and baby products, hand care, makeup, and industrial applications.

I. Classification by Material

All-Plastic tubes

Material: Primarily PE (polyethylene), manufactured through a tube drawing process.

Features: Lightweight and low-cost. Available in single-layer (basic), double-layer (common), and five-layer (high-end, with a barrier layer).

Applications: Daily skincare products such as facial cleansers and lotions.

Aluminum-Plastic Composite tubes

Structure: Inner PE layer + aluminum foil barrier layer + outer PE layer.

Features: Combines the light-blocking properties of aluminum with the toughness of plastic, with a spring-back effect when pressed.

Applications: Toothpaste and skincare products with high active ingredients.

Aluminum Tubes

Material: Pure aluminum, recyclable.

Features: Highly light-blocking but easily deformed, mostly used for medicines or hand creams.

Environmentally Friendly Tubes

Includes paper-plastic tubes, recycled sugarcane plastic tubes, etc.

II. Classification by Tube Structure

Extruded Tubes: Seamless, smooth surface, available in transparent, frosted, or pearlescent finishes.

Sheet Tubes: Features a seam line, available in silver (metallic) or white bases.

III. Classification by Shape

Round Tubes: Most common, diameters D13-D60, capacity 3ml-360ml.

Flat/Oval Tubes: Suitable for products with difficult-to-flow pastes (such as hand creams).

Ultra-Flat Tubes: Complex production, mostly used for high-end products.

IV. Classification by Process and Function

Sealing Options: Straight, twill, or special-shaped seals, date code printable. Printing Processes: Silkscreen (single color), offset printing (multi-color gradient), hot stamping (gold/silver), etc.

Cap Types: Screw-on, flip-top, lipstick caps, etc., with options for hot stamping or electroplating.

V. Special Applications

Travel Sizes: Ultra-flat tubes or small-diameter round tubes for easy portability.

Sensitive Skin Products: Five-layer barrier tubes for anti-permeability.

We are introducing a variety of environmentally friendly materials and innovative materials to achieve our carbon neutrality strategy. We use PCR raw materials and sugarcane-derived raw materials to increase plastic recycling rates and reduce CO2 emissions. We also incorporate microbial extracts into our products to accelerate the decomposition of plastics.
