Cosmetic packaging is both an industry and a culture. In today's global environment, cosmetics are the rising product in the market and their positioning is unshakable. However, the level of customized cosmetic packaging box manufacturers varies. Therefore, after receiving the goods, it is necessary not only to check whether the quantity is complete, but also to inspect the quality.
The main control indicators of cosmetic packaging boxes include hand feel indicators, filling machine requirements, transportation vibration requirements, airtightness, material compatibility requirements, size matching problems, aluminum-plastic tolerance and color problems, and production capacity and filling volume to meet product declared values. The following eleven steps are the standard process for conventional cosmetic packaging box quality inspection:
1. Appearance: Mainly visual inspection, in a well-lit environment, with normal vision, 20cm-30cm away from the front of the eyes, check whether there are defects, debris, scratches and other quality problems on the surface.
2. Size: Use a ruler or a vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.02mm to measure the sample and record the value to see if it meets the size standard.
3. Weight: Weigh the sample with a scale with a graduation value of 0.1g and record the value to see if it meets the agreed size standard.
4. Capacity: Weigh the sample on a scale with a graduation value of 0.1g, remove the gross weight of the bottle, fill the sample bottle with tap water to the mouth and record the value (if necessary, directly inject the paste or convert the density of water and paste).
5. Printing adhesion and hot stamping (silver) fastness: ① Use 3M810 test tape to cover the printed and hot stamping (silver) parts, smooth it out to make the covered parts free of bubbles, and then tear it off quickly. Do it 3 times in a row for the printed parts and 2 times in a row for the hot stamping (silver) parts. ② Use gauze soaked in disinfectant alcohol to wipe the printed parts back and forth twice.
6. Flip performance: At room temperature, the flip cover should not break when it is flipped up and closed by hand 200 times, and the tightness and tightness should be the same as before the flip cover.
7. Bottle cap matching test: The bottle cap fits smoothly and does not slip. The matching methods of the bottle and the cap are divided into threaded type and snap-on type. The gap between the snap-on bottle and the cap is ≤0.4mm; the gap between the threaded bottle and the cap is 0.1mm≤gap≤0.6mm.
8. Tightness test: ① Fill the bottle with water of the same weight or volume as the net content of the product, place it in a vacuum box, evacuate to -0.05MPa and keep it for 5 minutes. There should be no leakage. ② If the above vacuum tests fail, add water of the same weight or volume as the net content of the product to the bottle and place it on its side for 24 hours. There should be no leakage. (This method is only for wide-mouth bottles).
9. Drop test: Add water of the same weight or volume as the net content of the product to the bottle, cover it, and lift it to the specified height: drop the bottle cap down at a 45-degree angle, fall freely horizontally, and drop the bottom vertically downward to the cement floor three times each, without cracks, leakage, or separation of parts. The falling height of the product with a net content of >200ml/g is 1.2m; the falling height of the product with a net content of ≤200ml/g is 1.5m.
10. Heat and cold resistance test: ① Heat resistance test: Add water of the same weight or volume as the net content to the sample bottle, and place it on its side in a constant temperature box (48±1℃) for 24 hours. There is no cracking, deformation, discoloration, water leakage, etc. ② Cold resistance test: Add water of the same weight or volume as the net content to the sample bottle, and place it on its side in a refrigerator (-10℃ to -15℃) for 24 hours. There is no cracking, deformation, discoloration, water leakage, etc.
11. Barcode readability: The barcode can be read clearly and accurately at one time through a barcode reader. Batch-by-batch inspection to determine whether the products are qualified or unqualified: For appearance inspection items and functional inspection items, based on the results of sample inspection, if the number of unqualified products found in the sample is less than or equal to the qualified judgment number, the batch is judged to be a qualified batch; if the number of unqualified products found in the sample is greater than or equal to the unqualified judgment number, the batch is judged to be an unqualified batch.
