1. Basic production cycle range

The production cycle of conventional cosmetic packaging boxes is usually 7-15 days

Complex designs involving special processes (such as hot stamping, embossing) may be extended to 15-30 days

The complete cycle including R&D and debugging can reach 30-50 days

2. Phase subdivision time allocation

Design confirmation: 1-7 days (complex designs require repeated modifications)

Material procurement: 5-10 days (special materials require longer time)

Production and processing: 7-15 days (printing/molding/post-processing)

Quality inspection and packaging: 2-3 days (including anti-scratch packaging process)

3. Key influencing factors

Process complexity: Each additional special process (such as magnetic suction structure) extends by 3-5 days

Order quantity: The cycle of small batch orders (<1000 pieces) is shortened to about 15 days

Packaging material type: Glass/metal materials extend by 15-20 days compared to paper box substrates

4. Possibility of expedited production

When there is a ready-made design template, it can be compressed to 5 days (expedited fee is required) ‌
