I. Basic material standards

Wood material specifications

Certification system: Must obtain FSC Forest Stewardship Council certification (certificate number must be traceable)

Process requirements: When using traditional mortise and tenon structure, the tenon matching tolerance is ≤0.2mm; when using environmentally friendly gluing process, formaldehyde emission is ≤0.12mg/m³ (GB18580-2017)

Plastic material specifications

Safety certification: ABS material must comply with FDA 21 CFR 177.1010 standard, PP material must pass GB 4806.7-2016 food contact test

Surface treatment: Silk screen ink must comply with QB/T 3826 adhesion standard, gold foil thickness error of hot stamping process ≤±0.05μm

II. Structural design standard

Modular size system

Single hole specification: diameter 38±1mm (adapted to international general eye shadow powder pressing plate)

Combination scheme: support 3/6/9/12 hole modular combination, plug-in clearance ≤0.5mm

Functional component standard

Magnetic suction system: using N52 grade neodymium iron boron magnet, the adsorption force with the magnetic disk must reach 0.8±0.1N

Dustproof structure: PVC transparent cover transmittance ≥92% (GB/T 2410-2008), dustproof test needs to simulate desert environment (ISO 12103-1)

III. Appearance quality standards

Surface treatment process

Wooden parts: Texture integrity is detected by AI visual inspection, and the number of defects is ≤5/㎡

Plastic parts: Color difference control uses CIELab* color space, ΔE≤1.5 (refer to Pantone color card comparison)

Printing process standards

Silk screen adhesion: Passed GB/T 9286-2021 100 grid test, 4B grade is qualified

Hot stamping process: Use 0.8μm thick gold foil, no falling off after 100 opening and closing tests

IV. Environmental protection and safety standards

Heavy metal migration control

Strictly implement EN71-3:2019 toy safety standards, and the migration of 8 heavy metals such as lead and cadmium must be less than 50% of the limit

Traceability system

GB/T 18455-2022 material code must be marked

Establish a full life cycle carbon footprint file (refer to ISO 14067 standard)

Special process additional requirements

Special-shaped cutting products need to pass an additional 1.5 times load strength test (refer to QB/T 3826 Appendix C)
