I. Basic material specifications

1. Wood material standards

Certification requirements: Must hold a valid FSC Forest Stewardship Council certification, and the certificate number must be included in the full life cycle traceability system

Structural process:

Traditional mortise and tenon structure: The matching tolerance of the mortise and tenon joint is controlled within 0.2mm, and passes the durability test of 500 opening and closing cycles

Modern gluing process: Formaldehyde emission strictly implements GB18580-2017 standard (≤0.12mg/m³), and the shear strength of the gluing surface is not less than 1.5MPa

2. Plastic material standards

Safety certification:

ABS material: Meets FDA 21CFR177.1010 Food-grade contact material specifications

PP material: passed GB4806.7-2016 food safety national standard test

Surface treatment:

Silk screen printing process: ink adhesion reaches QB/T3826 standard 4B or above

Hot stamping process: the thickness tolerance of the gold foil layer is controlled within ±0.05μm, and there is no peeling after 100 standard friction tests

II. Structural design specifications

1. Modular size system

Single hole specification: diameter 38mm (±1mm tolerance allowed), compatible with international general eyeshadow pressing plate specifications

Module combination: supports 3/6/9/12-hole modular configuration, and the clearance of plug-in components does not exceed 0.5mm

2. Functional component standards

Magnetic system: N52 grade NdFeB permanent magnets are used, and the magnetic attraction value is maintained within the tolerance band of 0.8N±10%

Dust-proof design:

The light transmittance of the PVC transparent cover meets the GB/T2410-2008 standard (≥92%)

The dust-proof level passes the ISO12103-1 A4 simulated desert environment test

III. Appearance quality specifications

1. Surface treatment standards

Wooden parts: AI visual inspection system is used to ensure that the texture integrity is ≥95% and the surface defect density is ≤5/square meter

Plastic parts: Color difference control ΔE≤1.5 (based on CIELab* color space, refer to Pantone standard color card)

2. Printing process standards

Silk screen adhesion: Passed the GB/T9286-2021 standard hundred grid test (4B qualified)

Gold stamping process: The standard thickness of the gold foil layer is 0.8μm (±0.05μm tolerance), and there is no falling off after 100 opening and closing test

IV. Environmental protection and safety specifications

1. Control of harmful substances

Heavy metal migration: Comply with EN71-3:2019 toy safety standards, and the migration of eight heavy metals is all below the limit of 50%

Traceability system: Implement GB/T18455-2022 recycling logo standard, and establish a complete carbon footprint file (based on ISO14067)

2. Special process requirements

Special-shaped cutting products: The structural strength must pass 1.5 times the design load test (refer to QB/T3826 Appendix C method)
