I. Precision structure design and material selection
Box structure engineering design
The flip-top structure needs to adopt a double-axis linkage design, and the shaft part uses a 0.8mm diameter stainless steel shaft core (recommended material 304 stainless steel) to ensure that the torque is ≤0.3N·m when the opening and closing angle is ≥110°.
The drawer-type slide rail system uses 0.5mm thick PETG sheet, which is precisely cut by CNC to form a 45° guide angle, and cooperates with neodymium iron boron magnets (N35 grade) to achieve precise positioning, and the pull resistance is controlled in the range of 0.5-0.8N.
Material science application
The transparent window uses 2mm thick PETG sheet, and the transmittance is >92% after UV curing (energy density ≥800mJ/cm²), and the scratch resistance level reaches 4H.
The environmentally friendly lining uses foamed PE material, the Shore hardness is controlled at 35±5, and 0.1mm precision slotting is achieved through 3D hot pressing.
2. Key processes for industrialized production
Integration of advanced printing technology
A six-color UV digital printing system (EPSON SureColor SC-15000) is used, and the color difference is controlled to ΔE≤1.5. Zinc plates (300 lines/inch) are required for special effect areas.
The thickness of the 3D UV stereoscopic printing layer is controlled at 0.2-0.3mm, and tactile effects such as coral texture are achieved through three stacking.
Precision assembly system
The magnetic suction component is installed by laser positioning (accuracy ±0.05mm), the magnetic flux density must be ≥300mT, and the magnetic force attenuation is <15% after 5000 opening and closing tests.
The built-in mirror adopts vacuum coating technology (film thickness 50nm), the reflectivity is ≥95%, and the edge is processed by CNC to form R0.3mm fillet.
3. Full process quality control standards
Dimension detection: Use a three-coordinate measuring instrument (accuracy 0.005mm) to detect the gap between the mold lines, and the tolerance band is ±0.05mm.
Environmental test: After 10 cycles of testing from -20℃ to 60℃, the structural deformation is less than 0.5%.
Safety certification: Passed the heavy metal migration test of EN71-3 toy safety standard.
