I. Material and technology

• Natural Bamboo

The main body is made of natural bamboo, the surface retains the original bamboo texture, and some of the products are carbonized or anticorrosive treatment to enhance the performance of anti-mold, which is suitable for long-term storage of skincare products.

Bamboo naturally contains anti-bacterial ingredients (such as bamboo quinone), which can inhibit the growth of common bacteria, suitable for skin care packaging with high hygiene requirements.

Large capacity models (50-100g): diameter 7.4-9cm, height 3.3-4.6cm, such as specifications 90 x 35mm (100g).

The gross weight of a single can is about 2kg (including protective packaging). It adopts a screw mouth or snap-on bamboo lid with a built-in silicone sealing ring, and the leak-proof performance has passed the cosmetic packaging standard test.

III. Functional Design Highlights

• Sealing and Moisture Protection

The airtight seal between the bamboo lid and the canister is realized by the silicone ring, which effectively isolates the air from oxidation and prolongs the shelf life of the active ingredients of the skincare products.

The inner wall of some products is coated with food-grade beeswax or resin layer, which enhances moisture resistance and reduces the risk of deformation of bamboo material by absorbing water.

Natural colors such as log and teal are available. Some canisters are engraved with patterns or matched with metal accessories (e.g. aluminum cladding) to enhance the visual texture.

Strong acid/alkaline products with pH <4 or >9 (may corrode the bamboo material).

Skin care products with high water content (such as gel masks), long term storage can lead to moldy bamboo cans.
